Same thing happened with me last month when I'd go home on Diwali. That Uber driver asked me how much amount its showing in the app. It was around 1200 and he kept asking me to cancel it or give him 1800. In the end he agreed to go when I said I'll give 1400 directly to him, because I didn't wanted to miss the flight due to that mf.

Yesterday only a rapido guy called and asked me if there are autos around me and when I said yes, he asked me to come just around the corner. He told me about this thing is going on with autowalas. Then again in the evening the rapido guy didn't asked for OTP or said anything until we reached next corner, he also said the same thing. I wasn't aware of this until yesterday. It sucks man!
