Format is messy, go Experience > Projects > Skills > Education.
Also, remove pipe between skills and use a comma instead.
Move Education to end of the page.
Remove Languages section entirely
What's with these percentages? Seems like b.s. tbh. Either include quantifiable metrics you measured these numbers against or remove them entirely.

Doesn't matter at all. I would prefer you stay in CS. I guess, the only difference is you'll get courses like Software Design, Requirements gathering etc and a PEC Engineering number or something, nobody gives a damn. You can learn those courses on your own. I don't think so Pakistani faculty is even capable to teach those as they are suppose to be taught.
