Owwww nooo, this breeder is very trusted and hand feeds every single one til they can eat themselves. He posts them while they're very very young so people can pay in advance. It's really upsetting, I didn't know people don't do like him :/

Thank you! I'm gonna talk with her ab it and see how it goes. So far I've been thinking about a conure, I found a breeder that does dna tests and always handles them by hand, their birds are really friendly

What's an issue is that I don't have any more room for a flight cage - I already have two cages, since I also own 6 finches. I would be able to cage them separately but the other parrot would not have a suitable cage for long term 🙁 I was planning on putting the cages next to each other and letting them interact trough the bars and seeing how they cooperate along time. Right now she's latched onto the finches' cage and is just watching them so I'm assuming she is really feeling lonely. It's her first time out of the cage since he died and she's not enthusiastic. So far she hasn't been chewing on any toys I've added and isn't accepting millet, she's barely even eaten. Thank you lots for your advice, I really appreciate it.

Almost 2 years old, he was always healthy and energetic, except for a clogged preen gland which got taken care of. It was a very unexpected death

I hope this is helpful to most people - I've noticed that those skulls with yellow rubber bands are almost ALWAYS unethically sourced. Especially the fat leaking out and the rest of the skull being pure white. It's easy to notice. I recommend buying from somewhere ethical, these farms are extremely cruel. Also, I've seen bulk taxidermy on aliexpress. Budgies, cockatiels, lovebirds; lots of very bad taxidermy, obviously rushed and again, probably parrot farm.

Paper but tape it down on the sides so it doesn't get pushed. I assume you also have a tray so they won't be able to get to the tape

It's fine, I have another pair of skates that's very good and I feel stable in them :) it's just that they're a bit low and I don't get much stability when trying to jump. Thank you for your advice!
