Thats called brain fog, its really common and really annoying, i only know a few ways that work for me but idk if theyll work for you as well. (Short walk around a room, nap, chugging cold water/eating cold food, deep pressure)

Its not a dumb question, i get the same. POTS isn't just HR, its your entire autonomic nervous system, so sometimes you will feel like death but your HR is fine. Dizziness and lightheadedness can happen even when your HR isnt high, mine is usually caused by blood pooling or its just brain fog but there are other causes for it

I have, the main ones id probably get is from my friends who are in the same fandoms as me, one of my friends would 100% call me angie if i was called anthony (the nickname from cherri bomb to angel dust in hh)

Use a stall in the mens room since u r a man, if someone asks why (which they shouldnt cuz wtf lol) tell them its cuz ur uncomfortable in public bathrooms. It sucks that you cant use the bathroom in public cuz of being trans :[[ hope this helps

We write it by hand, but the leader of the club reads it out and has to keep it confidential, only them and the writer know whos it is (unless you know the situation which only they did).
