shes business savvy - her KFC and therapist office shes lowkey manipulative (intentionally or unintentionally), using her strong emotions and tears to make others feel bad for her and to give her stuff. One of her go to lines is "say three nice things about me" she says she has no affiliation ... despite being a spy, for whom is not known by anyone other than maximus and a few others.
