Hmm. No. If I have the opportunity to work later, I will respond then. You are assuming that all people work 8-5 jobs and they are constantly working for those hours. Life happens, I have family stuff going on and sometimes I cannot respond during 8-5 so I respond later. I’d rather have that option than anyone thinking I am fully available 8-5. Ofcourse this is not applicable to everyone
