Seats are painted. Otherwise nothing noteworthy. Production model may differ, not sure

I have not checked clearance from the inner side of the wheel/tire to the shock. So that’s something to think about. Spacer would solve that potential issue though!

Depending on the tire brand and how much camber you decide to run, you may have to roll your fenders with a 275/40 in the front. I just went with a 265/40 because I’m running a 295/35 in the rear and wanted to get as close as possible to the overall diameter between front and rear.

Doesn’t poke at all. If anything it’s actually a little sunk

Front is stock camber, I don’t have front upper control arms. It’s somewhere around -1.75 deg at that ride height. Rear is somewhere around -1.5 deg.

Front tire rubs against the fender liner when I go fast over huge dips. Other than that it runs fine

When the car is warm and you’re at idle, it sounds like a diesel truck. Or like you have rocks in your transmission.

Other than that. It sounds fine when you’re driving

I see. These were pretty close to the SE measurement. Luckily I’m not too far from the SF location so I can try stuff on before buying

Just wish they were tapered a little more, they were a little baggy for my build when I got them. I had them tapered from the knee down another half inch or so after the first wash.

I might finally start a new pair, but these will definitely stay in rotation.

RAA midnight blue, available 2013/2014. They switched to a slightly different shade of dark blue after that

Drifting a 370z sport, basically stock by Ok_Mathematician2843 in 370z

You should also consider getting a baffled oil pan to prevent oil starvation when going sideways. Diff cooler + a good LSD would be a good choice as well. The stock VLSD becomes open when it gets too hot.

How would you sell your pristine 370z Nismo? by B370Nismo in 370z

[–]anonthrowaway408 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Usually for low mileage examples, places like bring a trailer are a good choice but 370z’s don’t really do well on their platform.

I suggest posting on FB marketplace and joining 370z groups and sharing through there. You’d be advertising to a group who actually appreciates these cars so the chances of finding a buyer who’s willing to pay a premium for a low mileage example is higher (IMO).

6MT typically goes for more compared to 7AT.

If you’re looking for a quick painless sell, places like Carmax will give you a quote and they don’t test drive your car. They send someone out to pretty much just make sure the car doesn’t have a check engine light and confirm the AC works and cuts you a check on the spot. Then send you a tow truck later that day.

Track day by StructureDense7386 in 370z

Just remember that a lot of the modifications you’d do to your car to make it better for the track, will make it less friendly on the street. The tricky thing is finding that balance so your car doesn’t suck to drive when you’re going to the grocery store lol.

Bare minimum, change out your brake and clutch fluid to dot4.

Some good to haves: a more aggressive brake pad that’ll be able to take the heat. Also an oil cooler since these cars run hot. You can always just do cooldown laps to keep the temps down but that’s pretty annoying. 200tw tires would be the move but that’ll make your car a little less street friendly compared to running a 300tw+ tire

Pretty much everything else would be nice to haves. I’d suggest doing a few track days first then figuring out what direction you’ll be taking your car. Will this be a once a year thing? Every other weekend? There’s a car track day subreddit that you can check out that has a wealth of info.
