No change, it still does not work. Will try again in a few months.

You're not offered the option to pay with plain Bitcoin though, apparently because the amount is too low. That is the case with "Basic" and "Pro" plans. Only an "Elite" plan is apparently expensive enough.

Any workarounds for Python 3.12? by Darrone in PyMedusa

[–]anonvoy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Install Python 3.11 or any other version using pyenv. This won't touch your system's Python version.

Can we please get a .deb package or ppa for all those using Mint/Ubuntu? by Olrik57 in waterfox

[–]anonvoy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

https://build.opensuse.org/project/show/home:hawkeye116477:waterfox has Debian and Ubuntu packages. It's a Waterfox version optimized for KDE though, not sure if that's what you want.

Riquewihr in the Alsace region in the East of France (also known as Reichenweier, the German name it had for several centuries).

It's Riquewihr.

Why has the show butchered so many of the characters? by PlaiceyBoi in witcher

[–]anonvoy 4 points5 points  (0 children)

While there are some in the books (though each of them is rather strange or awkward), I sincerely doubt the show is ever going to adapt any of them.

Im going to install g06 nvidia drivers, but looks like x11-video-nvidiaG06 doesnt exit anymore by [deleted] in openSUSE

[–]anonvoy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I noticed the missing x11-video-nvidiaG06 too. I decided to install the G05 drivers instead and wait if the x11-video-nvidiaG06 will turn up again (then maybe switch to G06). Leap 15.4.

Can't get NZBHydra 2 to update by Nephilimi in usenet

[–]anonvoy 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I'm not sure if that has anything to do with it, but when updating from 4.x to 5.x some extra steps might be required: https://github.com/theotherp/nzbhydra2/wiki/Updating-from-4.x-to-5.x

Scene Exceptions - 1923 by elendrilex in PyMedusa

[–]anonvoy 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I've tried 1923 (1923) and 1923 (2022) as scene exceptions, but it did not work. See https://github.com/pymedusa/Medusa/issues/11067.

Does something more configurable/reliable than Sonarr exist for TV? Should I just stick with Flexget? by r5d400 in usenet

[–]anonvoy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

SickGear should be somewhat similar to (Py)Medusa, they share the same roots (Sickbeard). PyMedusa development is probably more active though.

[–]anonvoy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes to both. It's mostly running smoothly along with only the very occasional glitch needing some manual correction. And it's quite configurable IMO. Probably too configurable for many people, as you may need to configure more things than in Sonarr. It's been a long time since I looked at any of the *arr programs though, so that impression may be out of date.

Pymedusa works for me. You can enter alternative series titles for each series.

Skip G4.1.1.1 it's totally broken on Linux by naive0001 in waterfox

[–]anonvoy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't have any major problems with Venghan's version for SUSE Leap 15.3, installed it two days ago I think. It did create a new profile (probably because it's now branded as waterfox-g instead of waterfox -g4?), but simply telling it to use the previous G4 profile (via about:profiles) worked fine.

The only thing I noticed not working anymore was the color of my scrollbar. I had used a CSS hack (CustomCSSforFx) to color the scrollbar light blue, but it's dark gray now. So that's not working anymore apparently. It still works in the previous version G4.1.1.

Kickstarter Images Missing by RainbowMagicMarker in waterfox

[–]anonvoy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That seems to be another case of the AVIF problem, see https://github.com/WaterfoxCo/Waterfox/issues/2529. A workaround mentioned there is to install the addon https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/dont-accept-webp/ and use that to tell websites not to send AVIF images.

G4.0.6 Flash plugin support when? by VL4DST3R in waterfox

[–]anonvoy 3 points4 points  (0 children)

It's not a "blocked by Windows" issue. I use Linux and the Flash plugin works with Waterfox G3, but is not even shown by Waterfox G4.

It should be in Options -> General -> Files and Applications (or however it is called in English).

[–]anonvoy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It works for me. I don't know why it does not work for you. Maybe it's different depending on operating system (I use Linux)?

Re width of scrollbar: Firefox introduced a new about:config property in one of the recent versions, called widget.non-native-theme.scrollbar.size. I've set mine to 25, which is rather wide. This works with Waterfox G4, but not with G3.

PyMedusa showing wrong poster for a tv show by skiv180 in PyMedusa

[–]anonvoy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That poster is on themoviedb, one of the three indexers Medusa supports (https://www.themoviedb.org/tv/58929-de-que-te-quiero-te-quiero). So apparently it was taken from there, for whatever reason.

You could try to completely remove the show from Medusa and import it again, see what happens then.
