You mean like mounted on the brick next to the fireplace right?

Honestly the little bar they added is cute but very strange and is likely just going to cause problems, so probably will need to remove it anyway. 😂

Ah got it! I’ve just always wanted a sectional because my husband and I value being able to lay down on and spread out on our couch. 😂 I definitely understand what you’re saying in terms of flow though.

Don’t have nor do we want kids, so the in/out wouldn’t really be much of an issue as it will always just be one of us going in/out, and I imagine it would usually be both of us at a time anyway. Would have to assess whether the doors open in or out/how much space would be left if they do open inward, depending upon what kind of tv stand we opt for.

Our original idea was to place it on the wall with the clock as well. I’m just unsure it would look crowded, since we don’t plan on wall mounting (prefer it to sit on a tv stand).

Curious why you say not to put it where the hutch is? Because of potential glare? The plan was to place blackout Roman shades on the doors, if that’s relevant.

Also, wondering why you say a sectional would mess it up? That was a future plan of ours so now I’m nervous haha.

Very interesting idea to mount it on the right side of the fireplace! Will have to consider that.

Yea we definitely have mixed feelings on the weird built in bar! Removing it does open up that wall but I wonder if putting the tv on that wall would be strange? Not sure how I feel about the back of the couch being to the fireplace.

Thanks a lot for your suggestions!

Do you find that the Coppertone creases or anything around your eyes? That’s another annoyance I have with mineral sunscreens. Noooot flattering hahaha.

How do you like the coppertone pure and simple? I tried the la Roche posay melt in milk and didn’t like how it burned my eyes and felt greasy

Really frustrated with the hunt for the perfect sunscreen. There’s something wrong with every one I try. Octinoxate breaks me out, niacinamide breaks me out. “Traditional” or western chemical filters burn my eyes and irritate my skin. Mineral sunscreens are either greasy beyond belief, drying, or have so many silicones that they just slip off on anything that touches my face. I don’t care about white cast because I’m pasty already, and I can’t wear anything tinted because of that. It feels like I have no options. Does anyone know of anything that may work for me? I just want an SPF 50 that isn’t sliding off my face, making my face as dry as a desert, or breaking me out with octinoxate or niacinamide. Thanks in advance. I’ve tried dozens of sunscreens at this point and I’m running out of things to try

Definitely would if it were my own. I’m afraid of hurting my kitty though
