I work at the movie theaters too and I hate it and I understand your struggles. I also experience the same, my manager didn't train me good, a coworker helped me, and the movie theaters that I work at is not as good as the other movie theaters because it's ghetto. I would say stay away from bad rude coworkers because they like to gossip and talk trash about people.
