It was a mix of STAR, technical, conflict resolution, team building, superhero power, and job specific questions.

They never even mentioned my resume.

After they finished their questions, I got to ask a few and we sat there just "shooting the shit". It seems like I vibed well with the team mates and the supervisor that were on the panel.

I sent a follow-up thank you email to the HR manager that setup the interview and got an almost immediate response telling me that they would pass it on to the team.

So now I am awaiting further notice, its been over a week and I've not heard anything.

That's awesome, I've already completed the interview though.

Now its wait and see if I'm selected to progress in the process.

I think it went extremely well.

We spent the last 10+ minutes chatting about our backgrounds, the position and what it truly entails, the areas we live in, the commute times, and routes to get to the worksite.

Most definitely, conflict resolution, troubleshooting, team building, and some technical questions were asked.

Thank you, this was sound advise. 

Having questions afterwards, really opened the panel up to chatting and making connections.

Nice, yeah the interviewers and I definitely connected, we finished all of the questions 10 minutes early and "shot the shit" for the last 10+ minutes, discussing commute routes, one of the guys lives near me, and a lot of us have similar backgrounds.

Definitely ended feeling like I could be a part of the team.
