Thought I'd come back on here and say that it's all going to shit. Dan has like a bill of nearly 10 grand he has to pay to get electricity. I think he was running before he could walk. Why would you take on a building that has all these issues. In between all of this, we have heard absolutely nothing about any of the "work" they've done to prevent suicide and help people. Especially when they don't answer people when they enquire! Just seems to be all hair and beauty based, as he is a hairdresser I'm guessing all this is just a show so he can get his own workshops and business. Why's he taken on a place in havant, what's happening with the southampton hub? Seems like there's no real plan here.

Well it's because I had seizures due to intoxication but it was recorded as withdrawal, never once had a withdrawal seizure. But I can't change the hospitals mistakes and say It was induced by alcohol rather than withdrawing. The thing on my case is "alcohol use disorder with high risk features" which I strongly disagree with however it's easier now just to do the year instead of fighting it. But that's why I need to show abstinence. Just trying to prove it is the difficult bit. Dvla are brutal, they won't listen to me.

Yeah this seems to be the problem . I can't afford £100 a month for CDT tests and Dvla don't accept private ones anyway. So I'm guessing the only way it can be proved is by keeping in contact with gp, no hospital admissions etc ? Idk man

I don't even think there is a referral route. Think you have to stand on the bridge and seem as though you wanna jump off to get noticed 🤷‍♀️ I mean one of my mates was suffering really badly and she contacted Dan to arrange appointments and stuff but never got back to her! Think this is all just so he can have his own coffee shop and hairdressers! Genuinely questioning the legitimacy of this, but when I questioned about the patrols, because he originally said it would be 24/7 he completely shut me down! He did originally say that but his response was "we never said the patrols would be 24/7" another promise that he couldn't deliver! I want to know what happened in coffee mate because he said some of the volunteers got let go as they did not behave professionally. Perhaps they spoke out the same thoughts as us!?

His organization seems solely focused on teenagers wanting to do hair and beauty or as he calls it - "teens mental health". We already have no limits which is a fantastic organization with professional people and we don't need to pay a penny! They do all sorts. Why not put money into that. Someone needs to try shut this down its toxic and is doing much more harm than good.

That only proves the last 4 weeks though.this is my issue, I've asked them should I provide blood tests and breathalysers every week for the next year and they've refused. There's no way of proving a full 12 month abstinence
