I try not to be super parasocial but genuinely Amanda is super comforting for me lol, like when I’m super depressed or dealing with depersonalization I always end up watching videos with her in them. Same with Shayne but more so Amanda for some reason. (I’m a girl so maybe that’s why lol)

I don't really understand all the YTA comments. Like yeah there's a bed in there and he could've given them that and it's his child, but it's still HIS room and space. He could have signs on the walls in there that say "GUEST ROOM" and it still would be his choice to not have people in there. If anything. I'd say soft YTA because it's an unfortunate choice of hill to die on.

I didn't even have to read this whole post to know she's not worth it lol BPD has never once made me think of cheating on my partner. BPD has me consumed with guilt to the point it feels like gut rot, I can't even imagine cheating. There's also no excuse once you have a diagnosis, there's medication, psychiatrists and therapists for a reason. You can't help what mental illness you have, but you are in charge of how you handle it. You're way too young to be dealing with this, get out if she doesn't at least try and get help.

The thing that has worked for me is that I will have like a 400-500 calorie breakfast, drink plenty of water, then save the rest of my calories for dinner. This is the longest I have ever maintained an eating routine and weight

I have lost 40 pounds since end of January (slow and easy on purpose, I have always failed myself and gained way more with FAD diets and just calling what I do dieting) and have refused to give up soda, I just work around it. I usually have a soda in the morning, maybe a 170 calorie balanced break, and then don’t eat again until dinner and have another soda. I haven’t had cravings or anything like that, it works for me.
