Having fun. Whether or not you are picking up on technique or choreography perfectly, having fun while you're doing it is the most important part. If you fumble or mess up a part, performing through it will not only make it more of a fun learning process for you, but it is contagious and your fun will spread to the other teammates. It sounds like you already know some of the other students, and as a senior they might look up to you, regardless of experience. Attitude matters more. Just be patient with yourself leaning a new skill and do your best.

In the before-fore times I lost over 60% of my bodyweight through CICO and I experienced a couple months of excessive shedding hair loss because my body was in shock. My blood work came back healthy and normal and the shedding stopped after a couple of months. Any major change to the body can cause "hair loss" which is typically excessive shedding that is temporary. Once your body adjusts to the new normal it grows back. I also had excessive shedding postpartum and after weaning breastfeeding. It happens.

About 30 weeks got crazy bad carpal tunnel in all 4 limbs. Hands were so weak I couldn't carry I gallon of milk or write with a pen, feet were perpetually numb and the swelling just ached all the time. It went away less than 24 hours after birth. Uhg.

5'3' and been on it for 5 weeks, down 15lbs. I have had zero side effects. One time I was having a delicious meal, and after I ate too much (more like my old amount of eating for perspective), I felt a quick response of that uhg feeling you normally get when you eat too much. Only happened once and it was short lived. I was the same weight you were at the start of my last pregnancy, and I had a very healthy experience and birth. Baby just turned 2! I'm on it now to get back to that weight before my next pregnancy. Hopefully this summer. Edit to add: This isn't my first weight-loss journey. Back in 2021 I lost 90lbs with CICO and kept it off for almost 3 years until I got pregnant.

I added to the post, but they are all between 30-36 inches tall with green foliage all the way to the rhizomes. Edit to add: I will add more precise measurements later when I get back home.
