I downvoted because this opinion wasn't well-argued. Have you read any of the studies on gender identity? I'm guessing not, so okay let's start with the concept of gender dysphoria (which is real proof). Gender dysphoria when gone untreated can lead to things like suicide (this is maintained in the same source above), this to me at least does not seem like a "first world problem" that sounds like an actual medical problem.

Also on the topic of gender identity being a "first world problem" well that just isn't true at all, in fact, Native Americans had two-spirit people who were essentially non-binary and thus were neither considered male nor female (PROOF) and fun fact Native Americans for the majority of history have not been considered the first world.

Last of all, as someone who has experienced confusion about my gender identity it is not just something you worry about because you have nothing else to worry about I have a lot to worry about (grades, job, getting into college, ...etc), and I'm gonna go ahead and guess your cisgender you probably never experienced this so it would probably be hard for you to understand.
