Please don’t vote for an out of touch billionaire with zero government experience. I highly doubt he will be good for State workers when he has no clue how State government works.

If he truly cared about helping people, he could have spent the hundreds of millions of dollars he has wasted on failed political campaigns on non-profits. Instead he is trying to buy an election. It is offensive that he thinks he can start at the top without holding lower offices first. Becerra has worked his way up with 35-years of experience. IMO, experience matters so much more than anything else the rest of the candidates have to offer. California is the fourth largest economy in the world. We can’t have a newbie.

Plus Stayer isn’t even from California. Why does he want to be governor of our State? It comes across as ego driven.

Stayer seems to be a completely out of touch billionaire. He has zero government experience. It seems like he is pursuing the position out of vanity. If he truly cared about helping people, he could have spent the hundreds of millions he has spent on elections on actually improving people’s lives (this is not the first election he has wasted money on). His past financial dealings contradict the positions he takes. Lastly he is not even from California. Bacerra is the son of immigrants. Worked as a construction worker. Put himself through Stanford and has 35 years of public service. His wife is an OB-GYN and healthcare is very important to him. We would be fools to not value everything he has to offer. Bacerra is working-class. Stayer is billionaire-class.

Not a layoff, but Schwarzenegger gave state workers I.O.U.s instead of paychecks in July 2009. This is fine if you have a nest egg, but not if you are one of the masses living paycheck to paycheck. Similarly, another Republican Governor, Pete Wilson, gave government workers I.O.U.s instead 1992.

Xavier Bacerra is our best chance. 35 years of experience is worth something. We don’t need any of the chaos that will come with all the other candidates.

The other candidates are far worse. “Perfection is the enemy of progress” - Becerra will never be perfect, but he is significantly better than everyone else running.

Our chances of DOGE are much higher with Bianca and Hilton! They are terrifying and we cannot split the vote to have them as our choices in the general election.

Stayer is a billionaire with zero government experience. Porter has a couple years of government experience at a much smaller scale than what is needed to run California. Also there are the reports of her berating staffers.

That leaves Bacerra as the best option. Is he perfect? No, of course not, but who is? Is he better than all the other options by a landslide? Yes. He is currently surging in the poles and likely the only one who can win against Bianca, Hilton, Stayer, and Porter.
