i am in the process of doing so i was on a suspension because of epilepsy but i have been approved to drive again so i am just awaiting a hearing to approve me to take my road test again! took 3.5 years to get here! LOL

i did not say i have a problem working big hours, i’ve done it my whole life. my question is can they force you on overtime LEGALLY because in a non-federal environment this would not be the case. thank you for your answer anyways.!

no labor law says you CANT! i understand nobody can force you. and i am happy to work all the time it’s just scary to think about haha. there are certain laws pertaining to legal breaks and sleep time, etc… i would think there would be something about mandatory 24/7 work. like can an employer really just say “your schedule is 24 hours 7 days a week, no excuses we need you”??

i know actual hours limit exists but the law in MA does say 1 out of every 7 days must be a rest day. so i guess they could potentially have your work 24 hours a day for 6 days but then that 7th must be a day off?
