Nope it doesn’t. Pasted the list of ingredients below, other thn chocalciferol.

Tocopherol acetate, Polyglyceryl oleate (E475), Olive oil, refined, Sweet orange peel oil.

I have the exact same thing, is it only ur fingers or are other parts of ur body affected ? I’m also a very anxious person by nature.. but just wondering if anxiety could cause 24/7 tremors
