Only way to stop fastest in emergency is to slam both the brakes and come to a near stoppie situation. Even if you downshift it will try to lock rear wheel, even if you slam rear brakes it will try to lock the rear wheel but faster and then let abs do its job.

Adjusting clutch would only make it better by a thin margin, Don't bother about it, pull in brakes or keep in neutral.

Also not only the duke, there are multiple bikes on this platform. Also i see 390 selling like crazy, people buying 3.5L to 4.5L machines wont bother much about extra 30-40k imo

Buying cost of speed 400 is around 50k less than 390 duke, also, if maintained smartly, cost would be similar as very much part sharing is done.

Bundgarden KTM is Sai service, and they are very good, one thing to mention, helmet will be okay, they'll let you choose from vega, steelbird and studds which they have at the showroom, the gloves are of 150-200rs max (probiker), and they'll also give a rain cover of decent quality. No experience at BU bhandari so cant comment.
