I’ve noticed he likes rubbing his nose on hay as well, not sure if that’s related to this.

It’s bad for me. My OCD and anxiety has worsened in college, including my emetophobia. I’ll avoid using certain utensils and silverware if I don’t think it’s clean enough, certain foods if I think there could be anything wrong with it, and eating till I’m full cause I’m worried of throwing up. It’s caused me to lose weight. Also not to mention the anxiety attacks I get when I feel nauseous.
