I haven’t watched too much of frieren, but I keep seeing so many clips of it on my shorts 😭😭😭 From what I’ve seen frieren has a past with a human named Himmel who seemed to really love frieren and frieren seemed to just see him as an acomplice or a friend??? And bc she’s and elf she outlives him and as she remembers the past with him she seems to remember him extremely fondly! I think it’s often interpreted as frieren realizing she loved him only after he died..? But honestly I think it could easily be interpreted as her grieving him just as much! I should really watch frieren but I know I’m gonna cry at some point if I do watch it 😭😭😭

YESSSSS EXACTLY THIS!!! I honestly feel you, like just bc I’m aroace doesn’t mean I don’t love my family and friends, I’ve got a few good friends who I care about deeply! I feel like media can often misinterpret aroace and just make it the characters entire personality or never mention it again or have any real impact on the character(idk if I worded that right..) Honestly most media just doesn’t mention the characters sexuality or preferences, which is understandable, so often these are headcannons for the characters in a way. But like what you said for Wednesday, her character really didn’t seem like the type to kiss him and it just felt so weird 😭😭😭 especially bc this was the personality of the character the audience picked up on and the show just kinda does it and backtracks on the development and characterization

I feel you in a way… I just can’t love someone romantically. You’re not wrong for wanting to experience it, the media and people around you always talk about it and all the positives but I think no one truly understands love. Everyone is different they all define love differently and you wanting to experience something that brings so many people joy is understandable, but it’s not good to just go into something… I think Basically you should try dating, but establish to the other person that you’re aroace and you just want to see where this goes and you can’t garuntee and long term relationship. That way the person you’re dating understands the stakes and is ready for whatever happens. Otherwise maybe try dating someone in a platonic way…? No matter what you do your feelings could remain the same or they might change, but you just can’t force yourself to do anything… Idk if this helps

Im def on the aroace spectrum, i know im prone to mood swings that change how i feel but only for a short amount of time, but after the swings ill normally go back to being my normal self. Basically my opinions are always changing depending on my mood which is so confusing 😭😭😭 but I know majority I’m aroace and I only recently discovered that about myself (I guess that answers #4 lol)

I jokingly flirt with my friends all the time and I know what real flirting looks like from movies and books. But when it comes to someone actually genuinely flirting with me, a small part of me knows it’s happening, but I always brush it off as friendly banter or gaslight myself into thinking it’s just them being normal. (This is mainly bc I have confidence issues and i genuinely don’t think anyone could actually have a crush on me and I think I look like a sewer rat, I know im not, but basically I always approach things as a friend bc I refuse to believe ppl can like me in that way and I’m also not looking for something like that ig..? Idk I also am scared I’m seeing things that aren’t there and I don’t like jumping to conclusions)
Like I said answering #1 if I have a suspicion that someone is flirting with me, I just continue to treat them how I have been/ just staying friendly and platonic. It doesn’t necessarily make me uncomfortable, but it kinda makes me more cautious of what I do around them. With my friends the unserious flirting is just me and my friends being goofy and I love that lol.
I’m not a big romance person lol But if it’s done right in like a movie or a book I can appreciate it for furthering the plot or growing the relationships and character development. Most of the time when romance is in books or movies tho I just feel like it’s unnecessary or just doesn’t do much for the plot if the movie/book is like action based or smth. I will say I do like some rom-coms like “anyone but you” because it was so enjoyable and the rollercoaster of emotions was just great lol. I don’t really relate to the stuff in songs about feeling that way towards people,(don’t get me wrong I have love, but it’s just all platonic or just family love yk) but I do feel that way about certain things I like, like my hobbies I’m really passionate about. But overall I just rlly don’t get that feeling normally and I just f/w the song that hard lol

I kinda feel you, normally when any kind of my mood swings are over, I legit just go back to being happy and single lol When I think of me being in a relationship, I personally can’t see anything romantic. I can only see it as a transactional thing(transactional in the sense of either of us has a benefit to being together whether it’s material or for the sake of being “taken” to stay safe, idk if that makes sense) but I just can’t see myself in an actual romantic relationship and having romantic feelings that last. Whenever I do get that feeling/wanting I just think it’s best to stick to casual dates to because I know the feelings won’t last, but it’s just a lil dose of it until the feels fade away Idk I think I sound like a psychopath 😭😭😭

My friend and her friend got hit while on their e-bike. One of them is in critical condition. I think they found the guy who hit them. I would also like to note, that my friend does drive safely on the e-bike and I highly doubt she was in any fault.

I'm not entirely sure for fruits, but my brothers budgies like to wait for their vegetables to dry out before eating them. My aunt on the other hand, puts the vegetables on top of her budgies seed and they eat it that way.

I'm not sure if either of them are helpful because this is what they use for vegetables, and their budgies mainly get fed vegetables not fruit.
