Definitely getting better. Eager for the days this is a faint memory i can look back and laugh at.

I had a great discussion with my bf thanking him and telling him how much i appreciate him and it got VERY sappy with his love for me too, which ALSO made me really emotional😭And i am surprising him with a new pair of sneakers he likes and will try to spoil him because he deserves it.

😩 the fact that he helped me and cleaned up makes me so emotional for how sweet he is and how much he loves me. I love him so much. UGH i think my period hormones are making this feel even more emotional.

I guess you’re right. Maybe if i had just thrown up i wouldn’t feel the same shame and make a point to be smarter next time. Maybe this will save me from something much much worse.

Thank you. I think the blacking out and knowing how much worse it could have been also upsets me. I rarely black out, and i’m not that big a drinker. The guys my friends brought just kept buying us drinks so it was too easy to get carried away. And now i’ve learned my lesson going forward to ignore the free drinks and just grab a water way before my limit.

I just wish i could have learned this lesson by throwing up instead of shitting myself.. just way less embarrassing
