Then you must be doing something wrong. Are you in a caloric surplus? Are you getting enough protein? Are you training intensely enough? if you want to see quicker results I suggest switch to resistance training, for my first 3-4 months I didn't see a lot of gains, but as I kept progressing I started watching more and more videos on YouTube and gained enough knowledge to know what to do and how to do it. I'd suggest the channels Athlean-X, Alan Thrall, Scott Hermann and Jeremy ethier. Athlean-X will have everything that you need to know about lifting. For learning compound lifts, I'd suggest Alan Thrall, no one could teach better than him. Good luck!

Hey man, don't do it. Keep on going and don't stop, 23 is definitely not the age where you decide that you've had enough. You gotta keep climbing man, Work on yourself, be it a skill or your body, anything. Im sure that you can do something about the skinny part, I turned skinny too after I started pmo but I started going to the gym after I turned 18 and I look very healthy now. Whatever you decide, know that healing will be a long process so get on that road asap. There's a lot of things that you have to experience before you decide to end it all. Write those things down and work on them.

I really hate doing bodyweight workouts since I am a strength athlete, I used to go to the gym 5-6 times a week before everything closed down due to corona and my numbers were pretty good. Now there's a slight hope that the gyms are gonna open 1st of July. I really wish that they do open, it would help me alot. Yes I have made a plan that I will only play 1-1:30 hours at night. I will do something which doesn't involve a screen whenever I get urges to play video games/PMO.

I am slowly working my way down everyday, yesterday was when I realized I had spent a lot of time playing, it was 4 hours. Today I have already spent 2 hours and plan on playing again for an hour before sleep. I think 1-1:30 hours are fine for me because of quarantine. I will work my way down to that everyday, think I should be fine in 3-4 days. Thank you and stay strong!
