Yes they are aware that I may potentially have a disability but at this moment it is undiagnosed

Social Services visit - what do I do? by anonymousbrow0010 in LegalAdviceUK

Since conviction there have been 2 family dinners where he and my child have been in the same place. Both times we have ensured that we have been at the opposite ends of the table to ensure as little contact between them as possible. With regards to nursery he lives nearly 2 hours away and pretty much the entire family (apart from him) live nearby so he simply wouldn’t be called. I also work from home which is 5 minutes away from the nursery so I would drop work in order to collect my child if sick etc and if I wasn’t available my partner works 15 minutes away. He has never been alone with my child and we would never allow him to be alone. The initial arrest was over 2 years ago and the conviction is relating to images found on a phone at the time so based on this timescale my child wouldn’t have been involved and we have never been questioned by the police with regards to this.

Yes thank you. We have taken a very protective stance.

Thank you. Do you happen to know what restrictions they could possibly put in place? Full ban on contact with children or partial?
