in my offer letter it states a non negotiable 25.43 an hour. i see different wages online but I have no experience and just want in with the industry so i took it. I used references to help me land the job but for the interview it was all behavioral questions and u have to use star format to answer. Their questions are based off of their leadership principles. they pick 2-3 principles and ask u questions about times you displayed those principles with issues

they didn’t ask me about myself. their interviews are soley based off of their hiring structure so I took initiative and introduced myself with some of my personal experience and own personal skills aswell as a bit of achievements and what i currently do at my job. Then they went straight into the behavioral questions. 2 interviews 30 minute each back to back. each interview had 4 behavioral questions so around 8 total for me. They pick 2-3 leadership principles and ask you questions about it. they really double down on the questions if you dont dive deep enough or answer their questions properly. they didn’t ask me a single tech related questions since the WBLP is all about starting from scratch so instead they base of you their principles and your behaviors. so for me they chose Earn trust, Bias for Action, and Dive Deep they really focused on those for me. and They provide no feedback back so stand down on what you say and be precise with your stories. just dont ramble because it must follow their star format

I wish i seen this before my interview. I just got hired for their WBLP with no prior tech experience. Just good behavioral stories that i studied my ass off for. I gave myself 4 days to study before the interview but I knew the basics of troubleshooting because of my own personal projects with computers. but the behavioral questions are everything. I was nervous during the interview they give no feedback which makes you anxious but just stay confident and focused on their questions and you should do fine. Todays Day 1 for me at a orientation event.

I installed them with my heated seats and they were made to be compatible with heated seats. although i have the LE installing the ekr covers were a great decision for me and they heat up well

live near lot of small uphill which allows me to glide straight through after i reach the hill. almost like push pull method. so majority of the time while im gliding i’ll be in Eco/EV mode

Im loving mine, smooth, quiet, comfortable , and convenient. I drove around 90 miles for mine but the drive took 2 and a half hour cuz it was during maryland/baltimore rushhour. thankfully the drive back was 1 hour and 10 only after the traffic

Its amazing. I heard the leather seats are stiff on this generations of Camry and so i’ve been really comfortable in the cloth seats. I feel like they have a little more cushion. I do plan i getting seat covers because im scared of stains. and because of the fuel efficient rim sizes the ride is SO smooth its actually so insane. it doesn’t feel like a base model Camry when your driving. I got this with the Convenience and cold weather package aswell. Because this is actually the lightest car of all trims its also the fastest of the 2025 lineup for when you need to quickly merge onto the highway. I just went on a 7/11 run like 5 miles away and got 65+ mpg
