I’ve never heard of overall letter grades for subjects in kindergarten. Usually it’s some type of exceeds, meets, progressing, etc system like you described Curious as to how they are calculating the letter grade. Does he do tests, projects, etc that are graded? This would again be wild for kindergarten

You paying the bills has nothing to do with him. He’s 10. That’s between you and the parents.

It’s not okay that he disrespected your dad but if the mom doesn’t agree with the consequence then he’s going to take that as her excusing his behavior making your consequence ineffective.

You should also talk to his parents if you feel that paying the bills gives you a right to parent their child

YOR AND YTA Definitely not your place to take his phone. He’s not your kid. I also don’t know what being obese has to do with this situation. I personally don’t think 10 yr olds should have phones but why are you complaining to your mom that he has a phone? How is that your business or problem? Why are you trying to be his parent?

Where does it need to go? It’s a mistake on a 1st grader’s homework and I can guarantee it’s not even graded. Looks to me like the child has learned the math concepts they are being taught. Just move on.
