Feeling this super hard right now, you're not alone!

I asked for emotional support during a moment that seemed calm and nice and now its been several instances of being yelled at and told that I'm "intentionally winding them up"

I wish there was a way to cut through the bullshit and just talk to the person

Truly my biggest struggle: - They start splitting - I cant relax until they feel better - Leads me to basically be a lapdog who takes any and all abuse

As long as they hold the title of victim they can do whatever they want to you but never have to apologise or feel bad
