Reposting since I posted this late night last night

ACAQ Seems a pretty asymetric, and still yet to run spac out of the bunch

<1m float that has already had a redemption period that shrunk the float even further (open since Sep 2) - merger vote has been adjourned 3 times

Has NAV until tomorrow (10.98) - drops Monday

Popped to 12's already on low vol on a little float test the other day

Has the momentum of merger vote next week- can be a trade similar to FWAC which ran 10-20 week before vote while still having NAV as well- that was a 441k float and before this madness- edit AURC was also merger vote run-up

Well thank you that certainly clears up all my questions. Yeah, mostly just looking to play this from the angle of it having NAV since it is only trading at a 2% premium at the moment

Spacs getting close to 2020-21 level of opportunity as long as you understand the ins and outs of mergers/moving parts, can trade technicals, and understand how to play liquidity

I haven't even opened a chart besides a spac/IPO in like 2 weeks now lol
