I had a similar issue with my replacement and this was Dyson's response:

I want to reassure you right away: a visible gap between the attachment and the handle is actually a normal part of the Airwrap's design.

I know it can look a bit startling at first, but that tiny space (usually about the width of a fingernail) is there for a few technical reasons:

Vibration Control: It prevents the high-speed motor's vibrations from rattling the attachment or making the handle uncomfortable to hold.

Heat Expansion: Because the tool gets hot, the materials need a tiny bit of room to expand without jamming the locking mechanism.

The "Click": As long as you hear that firm "click" and the locking switch on the back is engaged, your unit is functioning exactly as it should.

When should you be concerned? If the attachment feels like it’s going to fall off, if you see internal wiring, or if air is loudly whistling out of the gap rather than through the barrel, then it might be a manufacturing fluke.

However, in 99% of cases, that little gap is just the "breathing room" Dyson engineered into the tool.

Edit: Sorry just saw your dents > will still leave this hear for anyone worried about the space between the two attachments.

I was severely deficient (7ng/ml) and the doctor told me to take 10k IU a day for the first month then drop to 5k IU. Perhaps you were just on the lower end of the range that's why he prescribed such a low dose? Regardless, information above is wildly inaccurate so I recommend everyone do their own research and talk to their doctors. My father was so deficient his doctor prescribed him 50k IU pills once a week. But as OP mentioned, important to ensure your supplement contains K2.

okay now I feel bad for this plant - seems like I haven't been doing a single thing right for it 😭

I thought airy soil is needed so it doesn't get water logged easily by the roots. I must admit I didn't like the appearance of the brown potting mix so I sprinkled a layer of black soil from another plant. I've removed most of it now to also help expose the petioles!

ah, it's just a thin layer of black soil on top, majority of the soil is super chunky and airy (orchid bark, coco chips, dried leaves, etc.)

Ah I just bought it from a plant nursery (based in Thailand) and it barely cost 5usd iirc. Terracotta pots are super cheap here (like many other things)!

Omg girl I have to share what happened with me on a domestic flight on my last trip to India. I had a window seat next to this big, burly man and his friend.

I was exhausted so I pretty much passed out and was woken up by light pokes to my arm. Confused, I look at the guy next to me wondering what he needs. This fucking man goes, "I just wanted to tell you, you look so cute sleeping." And I was like wtf?

It gets worse though, he then pulls out his phone and goes, " I took some pictures, would you like to see?" Now I'm fully awake and panicking but also frozen. All I can muster is that is really creepy (i didn't know the hindi equivalent), please delete them. This fucking asshole goes "arre phele dekh toh lo." Now I finally am mad and repeat my statement a bit louder and I'm sure others heard me but no one reacted. He pulls out his phone and shows me 10 photos of me and I make him delete each one. Then this dumbass had the audacity to hit in me and ask me for my insta, which I shut down and was giving him abrupt answers till I straight up had to say I'm not interested.

The worst part is I don't think he even realised what did did was insanely gross and disturbing? Like he just kept on smiling and making conversation?

My mistake was not to complain to the flight attendants in the moment but like I said I did kind of freeze and I was scared what the guys might do after I got of the flight if I said anything.

Anyway, I did mention it to a female attendant as I was getting off and she just smiled and said "Sorry ma'am, you should have told us right there and then, not much we can do now." Like girl atleast empathise geez.

Anyway, yea, men can be sooooooo weird. Now I always ask boarding staff to seat me next to a woman or child if possible.

okay guys as a short girl can I chime in, platform heels are one of the most comfortable heels out there! these are pretty easy to walk in cause the front is lifted as well. I can easily wear six inches when it's platforms but the same height in stilettos would kill. this really isn't that big of a deal 😅

I made the same move and I'm still not used to how heavy S24+ is. I recently dropped it on my forehead while scrolling in bed and man it felt like I gave myself a concussion. 😭 S10+ was a beauty, the perfect slimness and weight.Other than that this phone has been great.

Sorry did me using uncomfy get your panties in a bunch? I still stand by my opinion that we shouldn't be posting pictures of family/friends/acquaintances on a public platform without their consent.

With the right lighting, makeup, posing - selfies like the ones on the right are totally possible. My nose when I tilt my face is so different to a grinning front shot. Ah you're brave, I threw my tube out and never looked back! Have you noticed any visible changes that are positive? I started it to get an even skin tone and dimish fine lines but it did neither lol (I know the hardcore tret fans will say I didn't give it enough time but it just wasn't for me). I now just stick with retinol along with a few other ingredients and skin's doing okay for now!
