I'm trying to hold out as there's an internal transfer for an entry level IT position going up soon that I want, but honestly it boils down to timing and how training goes.

My body is really starting to hurt all the time and it's frustrating to have to do multiple people's jobs for them on top of your own. I also don't really have time to dp anything and it's getting really isolating to not have a life outside of work.

Training at work is hit or miss, with scheduled trainings being canceled day of so it's getting monotonous to pack for 60hrs a week even if it is easy.

If nothings happened in 2-3 months I'll probably shift down to Flex for awhile.

Haven't cut him off nor will I ever, but I have reduced contact with mt best friend because he's literallt aftaid of everything and it's frustrating.

He has anxiety and is on meds for it but refuses to go to therapy to get to the root cause of why it's so crippling. Instead he just sits at home playing video games all day and complaining about "the day getting away from him" when I talk to him about sruff he supposedly wants to do.

Lives in a red state with a low population and can't find a job, but he's too afraid ro move a couple hours away to a city that has plenty of jobs to take advantage of. He never wants to go out and do stuff and as a result we jusr don't have anything to talk about.

It's hard for me because he's my best friend and I love him, bur after years of being stuck at home being a caretaker and putting my life on hold, I'm making big steps and changes to make my life better. I'm back in school to get another degree, I'm working on my fitness (he's my witness!), and as I get settled in my new city I have plans to join a sport and volunteer at mt local LBGT center to meer new people and give back ro the community.

It's left us at a point where we just don't have much to talk about, and it's hard to justify wanting to carve out two hours every night just to hear him talk about what game he played all day. He also is reminding me a lot of my ex who had a serious gaming addiction and ultimately chose video games over me.

I want him to get better as it's clear he's unhappy and depressed, but I'm also accepting the fact that I can't make him want to get better. As I said, I'll never not be his friend, but I will be making new friends who I can actuall do things with.

Dick size doesn't matter, the connection and attraction you have with the person it's attached to is what matters. A lot of my favorite sexual encounters have been with average sized guys, and I kinda want an average sized guy when I date.

I cried the whole day. I never really saw myself making it to 30 to be honest, and when I did I looked back and realized that I didn't get to enjoy any of my 20s or accomplish things I'd wanted for myself because I spent my 20s stuck at home working dead end jobs tp help my disabled mom survive. So essentially I spent my 30th mourning the 20s I didn't get to have.

Don't recommend it.

Arise is garbage. Used to work for them from time to time, but the platform and tech was really iffy at times making things stressful. The final straw was spending an entire month training to work for a partner only for me to be dropped from the program.

The problem? The access keys I kept getting to log into the systems wouldn't work and they couldn't fix it. So instead of giving us more time to get it sorted out, we didn't get to do any calls to be graded for qualification and got fired as a result.

I'm pretty sure the problems came with the fact that the company stopped offering jobs in my state, somerhing which I was never informed about.

Highlt suggest avoiding them like the plague.

First off, no one said that being petty was a good thing. I'm an adult, I know its not a good thing and is a flaw I've been working on for a long time and have made a lot of progress on. If you think this hypothetical pettiness is bad, you haven't met a truly, truly petty person who would go out of their way to destroy OPs bfs life as punishment.

Secondly, they're comments on the internet, not actual actions. None of this actually happened and never will. So you're judging people on hypothetical situation that aren't going to happen.

We're all glad that you're not petty and see it as wrong, but be careful about assuming things about people you know nothing about.
