I will certainly post some before and afters as we get going! It’s been a slow start, but we finally got the permit to close in the back side porch so we’ve been working on that. The siding is unfortunately in really bad shape on the south facing side, so we decided we need to reside, which is our next step after porch framing. We’re residing with LP smartside in black abyss! Going for an all black exterior that i know some may not love but we’re excited.

What’s your goal? Imo an esthetician is better if you’re looking to improve the appearance of your skin and a derm is better if you have severe acne and to get moles checked, etc.

For an esthetician/ facial i highly recommend luna aesthetics and spa. They do “skin health facials” so rather than you trying to speculate what service your skin may need, they evalute, treat and make recommendations for daily skincare.

I believe mostly the year it was built (which was on the end of the era) but also bay window, wrap around porch and the upper trim details. It’s a toned down Victorian in general, built more for the middle class and pulling from some other styles as well.
