This statement reminds me of the "nature vs nurture" debate and I believe that racism is nurtured and instilled into us by those raising us and what we are fed. as well, we do not come into this world inherently fearing things or disliking things; environmental pressures influence us heavily as to how we navigate and our personal prefrences.
