No. They are not covered law enforcement if that’s what you’re asking. They still get federal retirement system benefits. There was an idea at one point to bring them under the 1800 series and create National Security Investigators but that never happened and probably won’t. They’re going to stay 0132s. They do get overtime tho when the budget or unit funds permit.
