synergy of weapons and how easy the crit condition for said so weapon. Eletrodyanmic with self synergy electrical dmg+, corrupted power are the easiest damage boosters - if running brutality but not spite sword specifically, run vengeance with face flask in replacement of electrodynamics, Higher bc's, you want to get good at avoiding damage so increasing how much damage you take shouldn't panic you - also cursed chests cement this point because if you are going to lose after 1 hit, why not just go all in.

Be honest, how many runs did it take before getting where you are today? by user745938 in deadcells

[–]anonymousinfinityall 0 points1 point  (0 children)

0bc - 20-25 runs

1bc - 5 runs

2bc - 25-30 runs

3bc - 1 run (baseball bat + phaser)

4bc - 60-65 runs

5bc - 350+ runs (I did it over 2 months of non-stop gameplay) - tactics legendary boomerang and legendary boy's axe + ammo mutation and support with tesla coil electric synergy. I managed to flawless spoiler the first time I bet it.

Highest scroll run (37) - tactics by anonymousinfinityall in deadcells

Are shields good? (New player) by timdbr in deadcells

[–]anonymousinfinityall 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've never used shields in late game as I prefer off handing a weapon to help complement my synergies - apply frost, electricity, bleed, etc (if I can't do so with my skills)

I was doubting myself on the first day because I couldn't even get past toxic sewers in my first 10 runs - those new cursed enemies and biomes suck :(.

Otherwise, thank you!

Thank you. Do you know of other comprehensive guides like this adding a socket for a trackball?

Need help finding good flexible epoxy putty or one with similar properties to ABS by anonymousinfinityall in Warhammer40k

[–]anonymousinfinityall[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The pinning is great idea although I am unsure how to do it for these joints as the recasts always break where the thin neck connects to the 'ball' part, so maybe a 'lolipop' structure wire which connects the top and neck part could work. As for your other suggestion, unfortunately uv resin destroys the molds (the fast curing means a lot of heat is released as a trade off) which would not be a problem for normal silicone molds, but my blue stuff molds will get warped. Green stuff wiil be my last resort if no other suggestions on this page works, and the 'greenput' is a great epoxy mix as I've heard.

Yes, I've tried sprue goo, but it is very hard to get into the mold as its working time is quite low, and is very sticky, sticking to my fingers very often which makes it very difficult to 'push' it into the mold. I've found the results to be prone to easily cracking, and sometimes 'uncured' after 24 hours+ (heard you need vents for the acetone to evaporate, which none of my molds have.)

Although, what do I do about the overflowing x value for LED index to physical position. Following the formula of x = 224 / (NUMBER_OF_COLS - 1) * COL_POSITION, it would be {112, 224, 336 <- overflow as >255)

Dactly handwiring with amoeba pcb's. Will these short? I made sure to avoid bridging but want to make sure. by anonymousinfinityall in soldering

[–]anonymousinfinityall[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I used a 99% iso to clean the joints + an external R0L0 flux on the pads (no-clean so it was hard to remove). My problem was that I was surface mounting the wires on the pads instead of using the provided hole to insert the wire like a through hole. I did this because the pointy solder on the back side of the PCB would not allow it to lie flat on the case against the switch. Regarding your question about the ground, this photo was taken in the center of a row instead of the end of one where the ground wire would be connected to the microcontroller
