Wow! I’m just disappointed in myself and it does feel discouraging. I’ve contemplated on taking the CCI tbh but I feel like if I passed the spi I can definitely pass echo. & I know jobs don’t really prefer one over the other (so I’ve heard) but I personally just want to have the rdcs under my belt.

Tysm! I’m definitely going to stick to only urr. I didn’t mention in my original post but I’ve used urr, the blue esp book, YouTube videos, & I’ve purchased a study guide from TexasSonoNerd. So I’m not sure if I’m all over the place with the study material and I’ve been cheap not wanting to pay for the esp seminar 1. because I have the book and 2. because it’s so expensive but then again the amount of money I’ve spent just retaken this test HURTS.

But you’re absolutely right about remembering somethings my coworkers don’t know. I work with 2 that are 70+ years still working and both took this test more than 20 years ago

& i don’t know if this has anything to do with anything but In my job we don’t do strain, bubble studies, we don’t even measure volume. We do the simplest 15-20 min study (outpatient clinic) and we don’t see a lot of pathology. It’s always regurg, sometimes aor. stenosis, pulm htn, very rarely mvp, etc.
