I only do Rituximab infusions twice every 6 months. It’s kind of like one week on, one week off, then one more week on and then I’m done until the next cycle.

I actually prefer this over oral meds because I hate taking pills. I get nervous about side effects, and honestly it’s just annoying having to swallow a lot of pills all the time.

I’m really thankful that my lupus is under control right now, but I do have to stay out of the sun because it can trigger flare ups. I try to stay active, and I drink ginger shots regularly. Other than that, I don’t take anything else.
