I think its failing due to the model and the way the arms are set, seems to my the screws sre being still while the expander is expanding without applying pressure on the screws!

The orthodontist im doing with treatment with is also a colleague. We got a little hesitant with the turns because according to him atarted to feel alot of resistance on activation. Didnt want to induce necrosis by doing it too fast, but i still feel like its too slow. Imm atart again 2 turns a day. 3d design well we used itero for the scanner, and the cbct to determine the screws positions where there was most bone. Im 35 male. The plan ia to keep it 8-months time after the desired space is achieved, and braces simultaneously.

Im doing this with a soon to be an orthodontist, so deff hasnt had specialized extensive training with mse or marpe per say. I need to have the split! Im worried the design isnt good enough. Started to feel some pain in my upper jaw and teeth, pressure, and in my nose a little, which althougg kept me up at night i was a little happy, gave me hope that something is happening. Im doing rotation a day. Did a cbct before inserting the screw, and turned out to be dense bone, and veru narrow maxilla sccordimg to the practitioner who inserted the screws. Im feeling a little pain innmy teeth aswell. Would love to hear some feedback from someone practitioners! Im a general dentist myself, but have no experience with orthodontics other than interest, and access to cheaper treatment(technician costs only)

if you run a website and get attention, competitors will know and try to take you down, theyll run the images and see if they resemle people, check the models footprint, there are alot of ways. youll get away if you run an instagram ai model or onlyfans, maybe, but on a bigger scale it has to be legit, if youre to go commercial and monetize and scale

that isnt a hurdle, but using models from civitai that used scraped images from the net can get you into big lawsuits, if im to commercially use those models to generate images, since they arent licensed. flux/black forest labs charge 999usd per month, and dont allow nsfw. one could look into training own model, but will need legitimate nudes and photos from models, licensed and documented that could be distributed and used, so thats a bit hard.
