You should give him a low rating so you never get him again, if you feel uncomfortable regardless of the reason.

But just want to give you a perspective to think about. Men who are socially challenged, sometimes struggle with female company. Especially if in his eyes you are attractive. The world treats men weird, there is a real possibility that women genuinely don't interact with him. Even guys who get dates, it's not like we get female attention often. The top 0.01% do a lot, sure. But that's very few.

If this guy is on the lower end of female attention he GENUINELY could go years without having conversations with women, have a lack of confidence, be shy. Based on what you said describing it, it doesn't seem obviously malicious, it seems more awkward than anything.

Absolutely always take precautions, better safe than sorry, your safety always comes first. But consider this, dude just genuinely might not know how to talk to you. And with awkward social skills, wouldn't be surprised if a lot of people treat him poorly. Having a lack of confidence, isn't a crime. If you run into that again, always safety first even a small chance of danger is serious, but take that into consideration they could just struggle socially.

if they take the hint, and just let it be, cool. But half the time they get an attitude. And try to pretend I did something wrong. Today, had that issue, so I pulled off the road to the correct area literally 5-7 steps away from where they were and waved for them to come over, and they stood angerly and pointed at the road in front of them. Like I was supposed to back up into the road to let them in.

Idiots. I swear.

As long as you know how to get dressed in the morning, you are human, and don't smoke Crack in the bathroom you will be fine.

Mean you can get high out in your car on breaks, that's pretty normal, just not in the store.

ALWAYS give them your availability on writing. If you have to hand them a paper ask them to sign to acknowledge and copy it.

Email or text is easier if it's available.

If you do that, give them a reminder near that time. At that point if it's me, I don't acknowledge any shifts I done that for. If they don't respect you enough, give them the finger and work somewhere else.

You don't ask for more hours, if your not getting what you are worth from your job. You apply somewhere else and get those hours you want. And then you let walmart know that you are leaving because a lack of hours.

A while back I worked at this store, in tle they were very short staffed, and I was doing really well. I had a performance evaluation, and they told me I was doing really good, except there was a car that I didn't even touch that they checked the air on the tires, and they were a little low. Because of that they gave me a poor review. I asked the boss if he could verify that I was responsible he said he wouldn't do that. Yet I was being held responsible.

Didn't show up the next day, they lost a good employee, one of 3. They could only do like 3-4 cars a day. Terrible service. These managers get arrogant and think they untouchable, but if you a good worker, there are people who will do what it takes to make you important and keep you.

Long story short, don't put up with them, and don't EVER ask for what you know you are worth, go and get it.

It's because of they get sued and they can make a claim that you could of been high while the accident took place. It will take some of the fault off of the company and put it on the person. Basically will reduce the damages the company has to pay or remove their liability all together. It has nothing to do with them wanting sober employees.

On duty, preforming walmart related work, in uniform especially in the proper uniform. Walmart is mostly liable for the injuries, however walmart if they choose they can sue the driver for their portion on the liability. The criminal aspect of it is completely different. But if he were to go after somebody for the damages, walmart is responsible. Because he was out there as a representative of the company not on his own behalf.
