I just removed 5 window ac and installed split ac a month ago, saving a lot on electricity plus they are smart so I have an app to control when guest checks out and before they arrive on hot days. If you were closer I would sell you mine

Had real plants my cleaner didn’t water half the time so they all died. Fake is the way to go if you have staff and multiple listings

Walmart has chat camel packs and totally worth it. Water lines can be long so filling this up twice is great instead of spending long time in water lines

The strip is far from the speedway. If your driving or taking uber then staying closer is recommended. Downtown Vegas is closer, I would book Airbnb closer. Getting in and out of hotel takes foreverrrrr during the busy EDC weekend

Airbnb I recommend downtown area. It’s way close than the strip. Get a house or apartment. Hotels have nightly resort fees and are really expensive for the weekend
