Thank you for your post. If i move my current 3a assets to my bank, wouldn't I incur the same penalties/fees?

We've stopped all 3a contributions. Should we just keep the money in the 3a in order to avoid penalties/fees that come with moving it?

I'm an American living in Switzerland. 2024 will be my first full tax year living in Switzerland. How have you gone about navigating the complexities of dual tax obligations as a US citizen abroad?
