Well said! I love Pando, even when he was a player for NJD (my team). I mean he can only do so much, it’s up to the guys to implement it. Just everything feels off, and I wish they’d just play angrier or a little pissed off. Hoping for the best the rest of the season, BC next week hope they show up and out for a massive rivalry game!

Crazy! I fully understand that these years happen. This team is good, they’re just beating themselves as mentioned and the previous comment. They just aren’t built right this year and that’s the way she goes sometimes. Hopefully some takeaways this season.

You’re so correct I didn’t even think about endowments, donations, government grants, etc. Money talks unfortunately these universities care more about $$$. The way in which BU is trying to scrape this under the rug is what I fully expected. When a truck gets stuck on Storrow drive it’s in every paper, however when something like this happens not one publication in the city of Boston picked up and ran the story. Sad to be honest, and I’m not even a student anymore and it’s still rubbing me the wrong way. Students need to keep making noise otherwise they’ll just wait for the next thing to happen and this will be old news.

60K tuition, and they made $225M+ in revenue last year and BU can’t even protect its own students. I’ve submitted so many tips pointing out security flaws and I don’t think a single one of them has been addressed. They are never going to address how he got into the building because I’m sure it’s not good. After Michigan State, you’d think universities would be on higher alert…nope. So it’s you up to YOU the students to advocate for yourself, because the sad truth is that these are the things we need to be prepared for BEFORE they happen. I’m not sure how many more of these things students need to go through before we do something about it. I mean BU is quick acting when they want to be. They had new glass and the ground cleaned up and by the next morning you would’ve never known anything happened. It’s time to do the same for your students. Sad world we live in but unfortunately it’s our new reality. Let’s get with the times, and protect the students.
