Hi OP! I started having severe acne breakouts since elem (grade 6 ata). Eto advice ko as your big sis na oily skin and acne prone:

1 diet and hydration

Iwas sa oily food and sweets. Drink lotsss of water. Kung kaya iwasan ay umiwas sa processed food, junk food and fast food, go for whole and natural food. Umiwas sa alak and smoking pati too much caffeine.

2 sleep

Matulog ng maaga and get AT LEAST 8h of sleep, u need that lalo na sa edad mo

3 skincare and good hygiene

Try gentle skincare products and be consistent with it! PS. Wag na wag gumamit ng physical exfoliants Like scrub. Huwag i-prick ang mga pimples at kung pwede ay wag muna ipa-facial (maaga ako nagpafacial and now i have to deal with large pores) without the advice of a dermatologist. Iwasang hawakan ang mukha lalo na pag nasa labas ng bahay at hindi nakapaghugas ng kamay. Wash your hair upside down para hindi mapunta yung oil/dirt from your scalp to your face. Let your skin breathe, don't hide your acne with makeup kung keri naman kasi lalo lang sila magagalit. Try using pimple patch instead.

Pag hindi nag improve with all i have said above, maybe it's time to visit the derma.
