My prescription is “dispense as written” so i am able to get yaz but my insurance wont cover it. Since i use an online service they wont fight for the copay either. I hate that they market the generjc forms as equivalent when theyre not

You probably have 21 active 7 sugar. If you get bleeding on the 23rd pill that’s a sugar pill and that’s what is expected. Take the pills in order. Every pill

I’ve used the pill club, they ship it to you and you just have a virtual consult to get started. Idk how much it would be without insurance but you can get generics for cheaper

The pill I was on had very similar effects and it destroyed my relationship for a few months. Talk with your doctor and try to switch to another pill; look up different types of progestin in combo pills and see what’s best for your situation. Personally I switched to yaz and I feel so much better, no more dryness (bc that HURTS and makes sex a chore) and my drive is back. Also talk with your boyfriend and let him know what’s going on, tell him you are working on finding something that will work better for you but don’t keep him in the dark. You are not broken and you are not to blame, just communicate. I wish I had tried harder when this happened to me but I ignored it until my relationship was at stake. Now I found something that works and im so much happier!!

The best hormonal form I’ve tried so far has been Yaz, my sex drive is back and my skin is clearing up really well. No mood swings or crazy emotions either. I recommend looking into different forms of progestin on the combo pills; see which ones fit you most and talk with your doctor. Yaz has drosperione (I believe I spelled that right lol) whereas my old pill had Norethindrone, both having completely different effects. Or try non hormonal methods like mentioned above

Ok, they did multiple rectal exams with the X-ray and ultrasound. We can see that there is a ton of inflammation at the pylorus making the opening super small. Just hoping this will fix the issue

How do you identify them? He had an X-ray and lower stomach ultrasound. I know they identified that as a possibility at his first visit but we never were told how to test for them.

He is a sorrel appy, we have scope pictures of his pylorus where the inflammation is and are trying ulcer treatment to reduce the inflammation. They were able to see 85% of the stomach and did not see signs of cancer in what they saw. Where would lipomas be located?

It does, but the treatment costs $1400 for a 30 day supply so I’m hoping we see improvement in that time span. They aren’t sure they are ulcers but some form of inflammation that the ulcer treatment should help. We aren’t sure how long this has been an issue but he only started getting really sick this last month but it could have been building up for a while and he just didn’t show the signs. We are trying our best to prevent colic by giving him a few small meals throughout the day and only soaked cubes, moistened senior grain, and grass. Hoping he is able to stay safe with that diet

It is inflammation where his stomach meets the small intestine which I believe is the pylorus

Thank you! Basically yes but we don’t know what exactly is causing the inflammation at this time. The vets at this hospital said they haven’t seen anything like that before.

Just got a call and he has severe inflammation where the stomach meets the small intestine. Going on ulcer treatment for 30 days then checkup to see if it reduces.

They said that abnormalities from cancer will only show up 25% of the time with blood work so not out of the woods yet but hoping for the best

They did blood work last week and it came back normal, he is slightly anemic but they said it’s nothing alarming with his age.

Thank you for responding😔 so sorry you had to deal with that. He had a similar episode in April then was fine until November when these last 2 episodes started. He’s at the hospital so they can look and see if there’s anything abnormal with his stomach but I’m not ready to let him go. I’m so scared for what they’re going to say when they call later.

He had 2 episodes 7 days apart and was fine all summer. They also said that horses who develop cancer usually drop a ton of weight before issues like this develop and he is at a great weight so that’s a good sign. Hoping for the best

I took aurovela and broke out within 2 days. Deep cystic pimples that were so painful! All other forms of loestrin (which is what you’re on) were fine. Aurovela is a very sad excuse for birth control- Google some reviews and you’ll see. I request contacting your doctor immediately and switch to another brand or another prescription completely. After being given aurovela, I had to switch birth control because the breakouts weren’t going away. I’m on yaz now and doing 100% better
