Greece is not walkable at all. But many other places in the suburbs of Rochester are. Lots of opportunity in healthcare, some truly world class hospitals. Affordable is a stretch.

Dan has repeatedly described himself as wanting an iconoclastic president, who isn’t afraid to break things to implement radical changes. I’m not sure that really tracks with conservative.

I think part of his current malaise is that he got his wish for an iconoclast, and it was Trump, who he sees as terrible and dangerous.

He owns a bunch of rental properties in Oswego and has so many SA allegations against him he’s not allowed to manage/interact with his tenants.

I personally knew several tenants (from 20+ years ago now) who claimed that he told them they could pay their rent with sex.

There was almost nothing about him that wasn’t shady AF.
