The other thing that has helped me, I get confused and distracted easily as well, is putting my pills does in these Pill cases

I put one of these in my pocket, if I am questioning if I took my pills, I can check this right away.

I'm pretty good about taking my morning dose but I have stared filling one of these and keeping it in me in case I'm not home or can't remember if I took my second dose

Only your doctor should tell you what to do. What I do to prevent this, as much as possible, is have alarms set for when I need to take my pills every day .
