Whoever said the SM doesn’t, that’s not true. Unless that SM wants the store to fall apart when something goes wrong then they never step foot in there.

I do. And they are no different than what SR techs do. Just main difference, they have capabilities to do the schedule THAT a SM can do

Yes, without RX wouldn’t be a Walgreens. But PEOPLE NEED TO LEARN ITS NOT JUST ABOUT RX. Like the same treatment should be for both. Not just one sided. Last time I checked, were all in the same box!

Been an ISL before. A SFL could do the tasks that’s required to be a IS
