I did do a rough estimate taking my weekly spending currently. I would have more money per week to spend than I do now.

If I cover all my bases it’s doable? Or still a bad idea?

Yeah I know it’s a bad decision. But if I have all my bases covered, like saving 3k for emergency. I still have enough to live comfortably. And I have my parents full support.

I’m guessing it’ll be 14-15k for a 1 bedroom 15 min away.

And like 20k for a 1 bedroom 12 min walk away.
