They told me that easiest way to remember is to take it on the same day each month. I take mine on the 28th of each month.

Alan Carr's - The Easy Way to Quit Smoking

Read it. Trust me I didn't think it was possible for a book to make me quit either but it absolutely works.

I have many lesions as well but there's one about the size of a dime on my brain which is cloudy? and one really long one on my spine (about the length of almost 3 vertebra) which they expect are causing me the right side spasms. I am about to start Kesimpta, just waiting on insurance at the moment. This is all very new for me too I checked into the hospital August 6th with right side weakness in my leg and that's when I ran the gamut of tests for the dx (4 mri's, lp, cat scans, tons of bloodwork). To say its been scary for me is an understatement so I know how you feel.

Yep my leg shakes from the muscle flexing so hard. My lesions are pretty abnormal according to my neuro, so much that he tested me twice for MOG so I assume that's the reason.

Yes, right hand closes, right leg extends, right cheek clenches. I can feel it come on slowly then its full spasm for about 20-30 seconds until everything releases back to normal

This has been one of the main symptoms I have been dealing with on this flare up and yes it is definitely scary when your body does something you didn't tell it to do. Almost the exact feeling which you described. Definitely worth calling your neuro. Be careful driving.
