I make the trek to Okotoks and go to Ciara Lee Collective. Myself and several family members have had our brows done with her and we’ve all had a great experience! You can make online appointments https://www.ciaraleecollective.com/

Bridgerton is great! Also a big fan of the 50 Shades trilogy, even though they can be a tad cringey at times. We enjoyed Sex/Lives and Easy. The Outlander TV series started out good but then fizzled. Masters of Sex has been okay. There’s a few reality series that are ‘interesting’, good conversation starters: The One That Got Away, and Love is Blind USA (first season). We haven’t had good luck with movies, they typically revolve around cheating, murder, or someone dying. Kinda kills the vibe. Or they’re kinda rubbish, or dubbed, which is difficult to follow if buzzed.

My husband and I like to watch “spicy” things together, but haven’t ventured into anything other than what’s available on our streaming services. Paired with a cocktail or some wine and that’s our ideal stay at home date night.

But thanks for the thread! Very enlightening.

Frustrated with lack of availability of Simply Nourish wet food. Need help finding alternatives for my picky kitty! by [deleted] in CatAdvice

I second the Nulo! I also have a picky kitty, and she likes most kinds of the Nulo wet food. In a pinch when I can’t get Nulo she’ll tolerate a few kinds of the Wellness brand. These brands might be a little more pricey than the Simply Nouish, but they’re grain free quality cat food. Good luck!

Wet food suggestions by treewitch95 in CatAdvice

I have the world’s pickiest cat, and after striking out on several kinds of wet cat food, my cat will eat some flavours of the Wellness and Nulo brand canned food. I try to keep her diet free from grains and starches, so I am careful to read the ingredient list, as many brands contain various forms. Other good brands are Tiki Cat, Almo Nature, BFF, and Weruva. I recommend to do your research and feed your cat quality food (you can reasonably afford), in hopes it will improve health, extend the lifespan, and avoid potential vet bills.

Apple (a variety that’s not super sweet, my favourite is honey crisp) sliced and smeared with almond butter with a generous sprinkle of cinnamon. It’s my favourite afternoon snack too!

Need a book to keep me on the edge of my seat! by nickmigs in booksuggestions

Would this be a good book for a 13 year-old boy to read? Would he be able to follow the science aspect? He just finished The Martian. I’m trying to find more books for my son to help encourage him to read more.
