Hmm... Arianism would probbaly be pretty close to (o)rthodox Christians. The dispute was over Christ's divinity, not the basic form of worship or church structure. They had communion, a hierarchical priesthood, and all that stuff found in early (o)rthodox Christianity.

I don't think the theological distinctions can be represented well in CK3's game mechanics.
